Primary to the role is ensuring quality resident care and service is provided in a manner that upholds the Prelude philosophy and well-being of the residents. Responsible for demonstrating a sincere desire to work with elders with memory loss, demonstrated through a loving and kind approach and attitude. This position works in partnership with the Director of Clinical Services, the Licensed Assisted Living Director, LPN Campus Wellness Coordinators.
